How payment works
Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record, on its own secure checkout page. Polar handles the card payment, sales tax or VAT where it applies, and your receipt. We never see your card details.
A pack gives you a credit code. Each conversion you unlock uses one credit. Save the code in your browser with one click, or keep it from your receipt email; it works on any device. Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase.
Refunds
If a file you paid for could not be converted usably, email [email protected] within 14 days with your receipt and we will refund it. Unused pack credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
Prices
Prices are in US dollars. Your card provider may convert them to your currency. Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout depending on your country.
