DocuClipper alternative: pay per file, no subscription
DocuClipper is a subscription service priced by pages processed each month, with integrations for accounting software. We are a pay-per-file converter with no account. Which one suits you depends on how many statements you convert and where the data has to end up.

What Tanod does
- Pay per file: USD 2.99 for a file of up to 30 pages, or packs of 10 (USD 19) and 50 (USD 69). No subscription and no account.
- The first file each day is free if it has 3 pages or fewer: one per browser and per internet connection per UTC day.
- Every row is checked against the running balance printed on the statement, and the opening balance plus all transactions against the closing balance. Rows that do not match are flagged. If a statement prints no balances, it says "Not checked".
- The PDF is removed when the conversion finishes and the spreadsheet is deleted 1 hour after conversion.
- Excel and CSV output only.
Payments are opening soon. Until then, conversion and the preview are open to everyone, and your first file of up to 3 pages each day is free to download.
When DocuClipper may be the better fit
- You convert statements every month in volume: a monthly page allowance is built for that, and a pack priced per file is not.
- You want direct QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop or Xero integrations, or QBO, IIF, OFX, QFX and QIF output. Our output is Excel and CSV only.
- You need unlimited users on one account, or API access. Their pricing page lists both as included with paid plans.
- You want a longer trial: they list a 14-day trial. Ours is one small file a day.
We only compare what each pricing page states. We make no claim about how accurate or good any other converter is.
